Developing talent

The Nestlé Academy is a new initiative for Nestlé in the UK. In order to address the talent gaps we are seeing across our organisation, over the next two years we will develop a broad programme combining work experience and education. Apart from attaining other goals, the Academy will offer flexible entry points to attract young people at different life stages, offering routes to NVQ, foundation and honours degree level to school leavers, graduates and current employees to provide varied career development routes through our organisation.
